We started FL Pickle Courts because getting a real number out of a court builder took weeks. A callback, a site visit, and eventually a range wide enough to drive a truck through. The estimator on this site does the opposite. It gives you a working number before you talk to anyone.

The other thing we kept seeing was courts failing early for reasons that had nothing to do with the surface. A Florida court lives or dies on what happens before the first coat goes down: whether the sand under it was properly compacted, whether organic soil got pulled out instead of built over, and whether anyone planned where the water goes in August. Skip those and the best acrylic made will still crack.

So we work in that order. Site conditions first, slab specified to what the soil actually is, then genuine Laykold applied to manufacturer specification. We are an authorized Laykold installer, and the surfacing is ours; we don't hand it to a subcontractor.
